The client is in to land dealings and construction. The office gets a variety of visitors through the course of the day and the interior has been planned accordingly, with strategies to entertain the varied audience.
The client had given him a free hand to execute this project. We see fall or faux ceilings in many modern offices and even homes. But we thought of making use of the height to give the office a larger than life look and feel.
For the reception, we have used a mirror on the ceiling in a way that the wooden paneling on the wall looks like an infinite design, creating great depth in an otherwise small space. Another out-of-the-box feature of this office design is the hidden storage, something very unlikely in an office.
The fountain was installed on north-east side of the garden with regard to the Vastu rules.
An innovative aspect of this particular office is the beautiful terrace garden with a gazebo seating on a raised platform with a fountain.
